An adrenocortical neoplasm with two distinct components revealed by a combined scintigraphic approach (18F-FDG PET and 131I nor-cholesterol). Pathology confirmed the nature of the double component: the upper tumor was an adrenocortical cancer and the lower one was an adrenocortical adenoma. From the article by Libé et al., in this issue, pages 3631–3632.
